Sayler Design specializes in the renovation and upgrade of community spaces and exteriors for condominiums, apartments, offices, restaurants, and bars. We work with clients to add value to their properties through interior and exterior design changes, including:

Our Process



Sayler Design meets with each client at the project site to discuss the project objectives, budget, and schedule. This initial meeting is at no cost to the client. We then submit a proposal that details the scope of work and fees. The signed agreement and deposit initiate our work.

For color plans, we provide two options for the client to choose between. Each option is depicted using photos of the site adjusted to reflect each of the new color plans. When the plans are presented, the remainder of the design fee is due. Once the client selects a plan, a test area is painted. We then visit the site to determine if the test area meets our design intent, and adjust and review again if necessary.

For design work, we develop flexible floor plans based on the client’s use cases, select suitable furniture and finishes, and provide two color schemes for the client to choose between. Each option is depicted using photos and renderings of the furniture and space with selected finishes applied. Estimated costs are provided. When the plans are presented, the remainder of the design fee is due. Once the client selects a plan, we prepare a detailed specification with final costs. The client pays a 50% procurement deposit, and we work with vendors and contractors to buy and install materials according to the project timeline. The remaining fees are due upon delivery of procured items.
